What is the PureDerma? PureDerma is a device which offers Radio Frequency technology alongside Microneedling. When applied to the skin, the micro pins create trauma to the skin and RF heat energy is transported to the deeper layers of the dermis. The dermis is where substances such as collagen and elastin are produced. These are essential components of luminous, youthful, tight and toned skin. During the treatment, a natural healing response stimulates new, healthy collagen and elastin. Over time you’ll experience a tightening and toning of the skin and an improvement of lines, wrinkles and general appearance. PureDerma not only enhances skin rejuvenation but can reduce the appearance of scars and pigmentation. How Does Radio Frequency Microneedling Work? During the procedure, a tiny gold-plated multi-needle device gently penetrates the skin and delivers radio frequency deep into the dermal layers of the skin. The radio frequency heats at depths that provide cumulative and ongoing benefits of collagen stimulation, skin tightening and resurfacing. When the radio frequency energy heats the underlying layers of skin, the skin is caused to constrict and tighten, as well as stimulate collagen and elastin production.
